The Bonus System

When reactor four is started up, there is a certain urgency: not all planned tests are completed in time. This is where the bonus system comes into play. Rumor has it that if construction is completed within the year (1982), everyone gets a bonus, including the workers. Easily done. A signature and "a workers' victory" is a fact. The plant can start and everyone is rewarded.
