The State of the Buildings

The new owners note that the buildings are in poor condition. We've seen worse. A couple of years should be enough to set everything right. Perhaps Svenska Rayon only made a brief appearance as an urban exploration site on its life journey. The nylon factory is now an industrial hotel and has escaped becoming a destination for ruin tourism.
