Better Air Quality

In an air quality report, it is noted that air quality in Karlstad has steadily improved over recent decades. Regarding sulfur dioxide, Svenska Rayon was the largest emission source in the municipality. They note that "Since the factory was closed, sulfur emissions have decreased dramatically."
