The Carbon Disulfide Is Drained

By 2005, the company has stood unguarded for a year and a half. The county board pushes for remediation. 380 tons of carbon disulfide is drained from tanks for transport to Cologne. Carbon disulfide has a high explosion risk and is highly toxic if released into the air.
