The 1992 Bankruptcy

In November 1992, they had serious difficulties selling their products and planned a production halt over Christmas. The day before the halt, the company was renamed AB Cellull, and then they filed for bankruptcy. The idea was to save the Svenska Rayon name and start fresh.
