SVENSKA RAYON
© henriklewander.comViscose Becomes Fiber
The viscose is pumped through nozzles with many small holes into a bath of sulfuric acid and other substances. In the bath, the viscose becomes a thread (rayon fiber) that is washed and dried. If you want staple fiber, just chop up the thread, collect the fiber, and pack it in bales.
